Review:
Regrettably I waited way too long to try this place. I lived in DC for a number of years and always avoided this restaurant because you can’t make reservations and have to stand in line to get a seat, and that’s just kind of annoying, I think we can all agree on that. Since moving to Baltimore however this has been my go-to restaurant for celebrating a special occasion (I honestly look for any excuse to go, so I find myself celebrating all sorts of stuff now). The food, while sometimes sounding bizarre, always seems to taste like the best thing I’ve ever eaten, until the next dish arrives. I can’t recommend this little spot enough, it’s worth a trip to DC just for the evening, so go, wait in line, and then eat the best Thai food of your life. This place will never disappoint.

Recommended For: This restaurant is best for small dinners or date nights, or celebrations (but definitely on a smaller scale).
Best Bite: Everything, although you can always count on whatever duck dish is on the menu to be absolutely fantastic.

The only thing that is negative about this restaurant is the logistics of getting a seat. The place opens at 5:30pm. If you want to sit down for an early dinner at 5:30pm I’d recommend getting to the restaurant and waiting in line starting around 4:45pm (for a table of 4), the bigger the party the earlier you should arrive. If you want to eat later in the night you can put your name on a list and then hang out at one of the many bars in the area until it’s your turn to feast. Regardless of what time you end up eating however you will most likely have to have spent some time in line around 4:45pm to get your name on th
